  • WIP visibility Framework: Defines what WIP is tracked, when, at what granularity, and by whom. Aligns WIP visibility across engineering, manufacturing, inventory, and planning to ensure data is trusted and actionable.
  • Implementation Leadership: Serves as the business lead across blueprinting, build, test, deployment, and stabilization for all EBOM/mBOM/WIP related scope. Ensures WIP requirements are embedded into solution design. Identifies and drives resolution of risks impacting BOM integrity and visibility.
  • System Integrator Partnership: Operates as the primary business counterpart to the System Integrator leads in a "two-in-a-box" model, while retaining business decision authority.
  • Testing and Validation: Owns the testing strategy for EBOM/mBOM/WIP, including end-to-end scenario validation and UAT signoff.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Leads stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, functional training and reinforcement to ensure sustained adoption of new processes. Develops training content, material, and delivery approaches to support effective adoption across all impacted stakeholders.
  • Cross Functional integration: Ensures seamless integration with material flow, inventory control, manufacturing execution, planning, costing and quality.
  • Continuous Improvement and KPIs: Defines and tracks KPIs for BOM quality, change effectiveness, WIP accuracy, timelines, and operational throughput. Leads post-implementation reviews and ongoing improvements.
  • Decision rights: Holds design and approval authority for future-state processes, UAT outcomes and deployment readiness. Advises on scope and release sequencing.

Requirements:

  • Proven strategic and technically strong cross-functional leader with extensive experience in driving process excellence and partnering effectively across IT, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a visionary architect for future-state EBOM/mBOM and WIP processes, shaping direction and establishing strong governance.
