The Opportunity

The Lingo Division has an opportunity for a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst located in the Alameda, CA office.

Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare.

Lingo is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead high priority growth initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, analytics, finance, and product management. You will drive the development and execution of high-impact initiatives, manage a team of data analysts and shape how the business drives growth at scale.

The Senior Manager, Business Operations will provide commercial support, project handling, planning and controlling (business, financial and strategic) within corporate strategies, policies and guidelines with the objective of enhancing profitability & cost-effectiveness of projects. The Senior Manager, Business Operations advises sales/projects/business teams with regards to tender preparation, contract and quotations in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputs.

This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong strategic instincts, executive presence, and a track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Work On

  • Manages teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development.
  • Short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.
  • Responsible for preparing proposals/bids and negotiating contracts in response to sales opportunities.
  • Activities include analysing client tender and request for proposal documents.
  • Collecting commercial, financial and technical information required.
  • Negotiating contract terms.
  • Preparing proposal and contract documents.
  • Own and drive critical in-year growth initiatives across Go-To-Market teams from end-to-end. Perfect and run the operating cadence of the business.
  • Manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Operate in ambiguity, diagnose root causes of execution drag, identify new opportunities, and independently drive solutions.
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and partner with Finance, Sales and Marketing to set quarterly financial forecasts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business cases & plans for commercial opportunities.
  • Lead a team of Analysts to track and measure sales performance, enable data-informed decisions and assess the impact of key initiatives.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Act as a change agent, continually optimizing processes to improve business outcomes and operational agility.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of comparable experience in BizOps, General Management, Growth, or as Chief of Staff within a technology company, startup, and/or within the wellness/health tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite audiences. Ability to build trust, challenge ideas, and drive leadership alignment through data and structured thinking.
  • Deep expertise in building and running operating cadences (Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Financial Forecasts) for complex, scaled business units.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to distill complex data sets into clear, actionable executive-level insights.
  • A high-velocity operator who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to diagnose root causes of execution drag, identify new opportunities, and can independently drive solutions.

The base pay for this position is

$130,700.00 – $261,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
