We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Brands Sales & Dealer Development to lead commercial growth across our portfolio of house brands. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, serving as a key liaison to ensure alignment, execution, and impact in the field.You'll play a critical role in driving brand adoption, strengthening dealer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through sales enablement, dealer development, and cross-functional collaboration.What You'll DoSupport the development and execution of house brand sales strategies in partnership with Marketing and Sales leadershipMonitor brand performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholdersEnsure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across all sales channelsLead development and rollout of sales training programs, tools, and resources for internal teams and dealer partnersSupport onboarding and continuous education for sales teams and dealersAct as the primary liaison between Marketing and the sales force, ensuring clear communication and alignmentGather field feedback and market insights to inform marketing strategy, product development, and messagingContribute to new business development initiatives and support dealer network growthIdentify white-space opportunities and emerging markets to expand house brand reachPartner cross-functionally to plan and execute high-impact dealer events and experiencesSupport strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing dealersWhat You Bring4–6 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, channel management, or dealer/distributor environmentsProven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales teams and senior leadershipStrong understanding of dealer networks, channel sales, and brand-driven growth strategiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)DisclaimersNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
