Were looking for a Senior Manager of B2B Social Media to own Bilts presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and other B2B-facing platforms - and to shape the public voice of our key leadership. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with whats happening in the world: the news cycle, emerging technology, AI, and the forces reshaping how people live and work.

In this role, you will…
Own Bilts B2B Social Presence
Manage and grow Bilts Twitter and LinkedIn channels with a focus on B2B audiences: property owners, operators, partners, and industry stakeholders
Develop and execute a content strategy that positions Bilt as an innovative, forward-thinking force in the rewards, real estate, and fintech space
Create and publish content across formats - written posts, threads, short-form video, graphics - that reflects Bilts unique voice and POV
React to and comment on relevant news, industry trends, and cultural moments in a way that reinforces Bilts narrative
Amplify product launches, announcements, and milestones to maximize reach and impact with B2B audiences
Maintain a content calendar and publishing cadence across platforms, balancing planned content with timely, reactive moments
Content Creation and Production:
Write and edit high-quality content across formats: short-form posts, long-form LinkedIn articles, video scripts, captions, and more
Oversee or produce short-form video content for social, including coordinating shoots, directing on-screen talent, and managing post-production for social formats
Maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all content that feels human, confident, and ahead of the curve
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, comms, and design to ensure social content aligns with broader company moments and campaigns
Drive Executive Thought Leadership:
Manage social channels for select senior leaders, including drafting posts, responding to comments, and actively engaging in relevant conversations on their behalf
Develop and maintain a thought leadership strategy that reflects our authentic voice while pushing Bilts broader narrative forward
Join internal meetings, events, and offsites to capture content - filming, identifying moments, and ensuring theres always a pipeline of material to work with
Build and manage content calendars, coordinating closely with schedules and key business moments
Identify commentary opportunities - product announcements, industry reports, news cycles - where executive voices can add timely perspective

In addition to posting salary ranges for our open roles, candidates should expect to be asked about compensation expectations and requirements early on in their interview process. Our goal is to highlight when expectations and Bilt's salary range may be out of sync, and work with the candidate to determine whether it makes sense to continue conversations.
We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.
Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilts bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
The salary range for a Senior Manager, B2B Social Media is $100,000 - 130,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
