As a Senior Change Enablement Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our operations initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:
    • Successfully plan, execute, and monitor critical change projects, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and driving real impact.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the organization's change management capabilities.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of change efforts, driving operational excellence.
    • Develop and execute impactful communication strategies that engage stakeholders and address their concerns throughout the change process.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
    • Actively engage with team members to understand their challenges and opportunities, fostering trust and collaboration.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of change initiatives and refine strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of transition, helping them navigate change with confidence.
    • Document change management activities, outcomes, and insights to inform future initiatives.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
    • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Up to 75% domestic travel, primarily Monday and Thursday.
