Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices

  • Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager.

  • Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review

  • Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations

  • Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
