Lead High-Performing Maintenance Operations

Are you an experiencedmaintenance leader ready to make an impact at one of the world's most advanced automated facilities?

As a Senior Maintenance Manager , you'll lead maintenance operations within an Amazon fulfillment center, driving equipment reliability, safety, operational performance, and continuous improvement. You'll develop high-performing teams, partner with Operations and Engineering leaders, and help ensure world-class service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers significant career growth with opportunities to advance into Regional Maintenance Manager and other senior leadership positions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead maintenance operations for a highly automated facility.

  • Coach and develop maintenance managers and technicians.

  • Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze maintenance metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime.

  • Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.

  • Partner with site leadership to support operational goals.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automated facilities.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, conveyor, controls, and automated systems.

  • Proven experience leading teams and improving equipment reliability.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.

  • Travel - 50- 70%

Compensation

  • Salary: $145,000–$165,000

  • 20% Annual Bonus

  • Schedule based on business needs with participation in an on-call rotation.

The compensation for the position is: $ 129,200.00 - $152,000.00
