Responsibilities - What You'II Do
Play a key role in designing next generation LLM based moderation solutions
Work on highly-scalable classifiers, predictive models and algorithms with cutting-edge technologies
Work with engineering teams to implement model pipeline and deploy the service at scale
Collaborate with product teams to define objectives and improve trust and safety strategy
Collaborate with data analyst to understand and find data patterns Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and programming languages such as python or java.
- Good programming skills in Python and similar languages, and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Good communication and teamwork skills, passionate about learning new techniques and taking on challenging problems
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in trust and safety areas is a plus
- 5+ years hands-on experience in one or more of the areas: machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, Audio, content understanding or participating in large-scale online machine learning platforms are preferred
- Skilled in LLM, Multimodal LLM and downstream applications are preferred
