Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Senior Logistics Specialist to support a U.S. Army acquisition Product Management Office (PdM) responsible for lifecycle management of Army systems. The candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Army property accountability, materiel management, and logistics information systems while supporting acquisition planning, fielding, sustainment, and equipment accountability activities. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Army property book operations, Army logistics information systems, acquisition life cycle management, and Department of War (DoW) property accountability policies. The individual will work closely with Government civilians, military personnel, logistics managers, product support managers, systems engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate equipment accountability throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Government Product Office regarding property accountability and lifecycle logistics.
  • Advise Government personnel on Army property book management policies and procedures.
  • Support equipment transfers, inventories, and property accountability actions.
  • Coordinate with Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs), depots, and gaining units regarding equipment accountability.
  • Develop and review property accountability documentation for acquisition milestones.
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and logistics working groups.
  • Assist Government Product Managers with logistics planning during Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD), Production, and Sustainment phases.
  • Monitor equipment authorization documents and property accountability records.
  • Coordinate equipment handoffs between contractors, depots, Army units, and sustainment organizations.
  • Review contractor logistics support documentation for compliance with Army regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans to support the Product Office fielding requirements for all assigned systems, materiel, and software, to include initiation of memorandum of notification (MON), Materiel Fielding Plans (MFP), Materiel Fielding Agreements (MFA), and Materiel Requirements Lists (MRL).
  • Develop materiel transfer plans (MTP) for materiel transferred between commands and coordinate for displaced equipment transfer and disposal.
  • Perform daily management of Performance-Based Arrangements (PBA) under the Product Support Manager's (PSM) oversight.

Required Experience:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. An additional 5 years' experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting DoW logistics, acquisition, materiel management, or property accountability programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct support to a DoW acquisition product office.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing DoW property accountability and equipment lifecycle management from acquisition through sustainment.
  • Extensive experience with DoW logistics and materiel management systems, such as Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Lead Materiel Integrator (LMI) Decision Support Tool: Sourcing Module (DST-SM), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), Army Enterprise Data System (AEDS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) logistics systems, and legacy systems such as Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS). Preference will be given to candidates with Army management system experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of DoW supply, property accountability, and logistics policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Experience supporting DoW acquisition pathways (ex. Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), rapid prototyping, rapid fielding, software acquisition, and/or lifecycle sustainment planning).
  • Experience coordinating equipment fielding, property transfers, inventories, and accountability actions with military organizations and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze logistics, supply chain, and property accountability data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Experience developing acquisition documentation, logistics plans, executive briefings, decision papers, and technical reports for senior government leadership.
  • Proven ability to support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and collaborate with cross-functional government, military, and contractor organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Army acquisition environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • DAWIA/Back-to-Basics certification in Life Cycle Logistics, Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS), or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Experience supporting Army modernization initiatives and acquisition programs across the system lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Army property accountability and supply regulations, including AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.
  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.64, Integrated Product Support (IPS), and Life Cycle Sustainment Planning (LCSP).
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Army acquisition policies governing defense programs.

Travel:

  • Up to 25% CONUS travel in support of equipment fielding, testing, logistics demonstrations, and Army program reviews.
