Senior Logistics Analyst – Plumbing Division

AMPAM Parks Mechanical specializes in multifamily construction. The company's core strength is its design-build model that allows clients to minimize risk, shorten construction schedules, and accelerate building occupancy.

The SeniorLogistics Analyst – Plumbing Division is a critical, high-impact role within AMPAM's Supply Chain Planning & Operations department. This position provides the analytical engine required to optimize logistics, routing, job-site delivery, and last-mile execution across all regions.

As AMPAM scales, logistics complexity increases — more jobs, more deliveries, more constraints, more risk. This role ensures decisions are grounded in data, performance visibility, and structured analysis, enabling the Director of Supply Chain Planning & Operations to execute a disciplined, scalable logistics strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyze current routing, delivery patterns, staging processes, and job-site delivery performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain routing models that improve truck utilization, reduce miles, and increase on-time delivery.
  • Track and analyze delivery accuracy, staging readiness, drop-zone effectiveness, and field satisfaction.
  • Model driver capacity, truck capacity, delivery windows, and job-site constraints to support planning.
  • Establish dashboards for on-time delivery, route efficiency, staging accuracy, rehandling, and logistics cost drivers.
  • Conduct structured RCA on delivery failures, delays, mis-routes, and job-site disruptions.
  • Recommend and support implementation of improvements across routing, staging, dispatch, and job-site delivery.
  • Partner with Procurement, Warehouse, Prefab, Planning, and Field Operations to ensure logistics readiness and alignment.
  • Prepare concise, insight-driven reports for senior leadership.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics analytics, transportation analysis, or last mile delivery optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn logistics data into insights and insights into action.
  • Experience with routing, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills — able to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Experience in construction, distribution, or field-based delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, routing software, or TMS platforms
  • CPIM, CLTD, or similar certification
  • Experience supporting multi-site logistics operations

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship.
