Key Responsibilities:
Organize and complete client expenses using Microsoft
Provide legal support for Attorneys to reach the common goal
Assist with case management of personal injury cases from resolution to discovery and deadlines.
Help Attorneys with settlement negotiations for clients.
Maintain regular communication with Clients
Qualifications:
5 years experience in personal injury law or any similar plaintiff area of law
Has experience with Microsoft Office and is comfortable with Excel
Knowledgeable in the litigation process
A Bachelors degree is highly preferred
Paralegal certification is ideal
