Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Line Cook to join our team. This is a leadership-track role designed for a cook ready to grow into a Sous Chef position after the season, based on performance, consistency, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute service across both hot line and cold line with precision and consistency
  • Maintain strong mise en place and station organization
  • Support and execute high-volume banquets and member events
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and team members to maintain excellence in execution
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior cooks when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of line cook experience (senior-level preferred)
  • Experience in high-end restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
