Senior Licensed Clinician

Qualifications:

• LADC1, LMHC or LICSW
• Master's degree in psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field required.
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
• At least one full-time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with both substance use and mental health issues preferred.

Location: Shirley, MA - Massachusetts Correctional Institution 
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible! 

Pay rate: $72,000/annually. Shift differential available for weekends and evenings

  The Senior Clinician is responsible for:
  
  
• Assisting the Clinical Director in supervising the provision of clinical services. 
• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to offenders with substance use issues.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.
