About GO! Coaching

GO! Coaching is an elite coaching company for Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the U.S. and Canada. They help loan officers grow their business through a proven framework across four key pillars: marketing, sales, operations, and finance. Led by top-producing MLOs, they provide high-impact training, systems, and support that drive real results—backed by community, accountability, and execution.

Their mission: To become North America's #1 Loan Officer Coaching community by equipping MLOs with the tools and guidance they need to master high-income offline and online skills.

The Role

We're looking for a highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our co-founders.

This is not a passive admin role—it's a hands-on, high-impact position combining executive support, operational project management, community leadership, and event coordination. You'll play a central role in helping GO! Coaching scale with clarity, accountability, and connection.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Executive Support

  • Manage inboxes, calendars, and task prioritization for both co-founders
  • Prepare meeting briefs, decks, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, personal scheduling, and confidential tasks
  • Keep the executive team focused on high-leverage, revenue-driving activities

2. Event Planning

  • Lead planning and execution for GrowthCon (our biannual live event with 200–400 attendees)
  • Oversee logistics: venue, travel, vendors, schedules, onsite execution
  • Collaborate across Marketing and Sales to ensure exceptional event delivery

3. Project Management

  • Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives and special launches
  • Maintain project dashboards, track deliverables, and follow up with internal teams
  • Run weekly leadership meetings: prep agendas, document decisions, track next steps
  • Keep founders informed and aligned on all moving parts

4. Cross-Team Communication & Content Support

  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent execution
  • Curate content and resources for the community in partnership with internal subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with Marketing on content strategy and delivery inside the community

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years in executive support, operations, community management, or project management
  • Proven success planning and executing large-scale events (200–400 attendees)
  • Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or C-level teams
  • Background in real estate, mortgage, or coaching is a plus
  • Athletic background is a bonus—we value discipline, drive, and coachability

Skills & Tools

  • Mastery of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Outlook, and Canva
  • Comfortable with or willing to quickly learn platforms like Circle.so
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and follow-through
  • Strong project management and prioritization across multiple workstreams

Mindset & Attributes

  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential matters
  • Self-managed and driven with a high standard for execution
  • Highly coachable and excited to grow in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative without hand-holding

Why This Role Matters

This is a rare opportunity to operate as a true right hand to the founders and help scale a high-growth company with impact. You'll be empowered to lead initiatives, optimize systems, and bring structure to chaos—all while shaping the future of the GO! Coaching community. Your work will directly influence student satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand success.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $130,000 – $150,000/year (based on experience)
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
