Job Summary:
The Sr. Learning & Talent Systems Specialist is ADT's expert on enterprise learning platforms, ensuring every employee has a seamless experience while helping us move into the future. You'll partner with HR Technology and IT to support updates and feature enhancements, provide direct support to learners and admins, and lead change enablement for new capabilities. By applying automation, AI, and analytics, you'll improve adoption and data integrity-making it easier for people at ADT to learn, grow, and develop in ways that strengthen both individual potential and our shared success.

Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule.
