The Senior Specialist, Learning Experience is a key member of the Human Resources Talent function and serves as the lead for the organization’s learning strategy, programs, and experience. In partnership with the Head of Talent, this role is responsible for the full lifecycle of learning initiatives including needs assessment, program design, development, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide learning programs, and provides consulting to teams to help them shape department-specific learning programs in a way that aligns to identified needs and priorities.
In collaboration with the Head of Talent, the Senior Specialist partners closely with HR, People Experience & Solutions, managers, and key stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational goals, initiatives, and priorities. The role continuously reviews, measures, and assesses the effectiveness of existing learning programs to ensure they meet business needs and provide a meaningful and engaging learner experience.
This role applies industry best practices and instructional design methodologies to create high quality learning experiences and related resources. A core responsibility includes managing the organization’s skills inventory and creating actionable development plans and resources to address skill gaps, build capability, and improve overall staff performance. The Senior Specialist will facilitate and moderate instructor led learning sessions, and will leverage meaningful data, metrics, and learner feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and shape future offerings. This role also owns the company’s compliance training program and ensures compliance with all required organizational and regulatory training. The position is responsible for creating a consistent, efficient, and positive experience for employees participating in annual and recurring training assignments.
Additionally, this role serves as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning experience platforms. The Senior Specialist leads all LMS related initiatives, including setup, configuration, administration, and the implementation of new learning solutions or courses. The role proactively identifies opportunities to optimize system capabilities, integrate the LMS with other platforms, and enhance how the organization leverages technology to support learning and development.
Currently, this is a remote-first position, and this position may be required to periodically work on-site at our office and the frequency would depend on the department/division's requirements. Therefore, candidates must reside within a reasonable distance to commute to our office when required.

Additionally, we reasonably believe that the salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $110,000.
