Our Enterprise client's L&D team is seeking an experienced, dynamic facilitator to deliver high-impact learning experiences for leaders and associates across the bank. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and human development, ensuring our programs are engaging, immersive, and highly effective.

Program Delivery: Facilitate multi-day leadership development programs, open-enrollment competency courses, and specialized team-effectiveness sessions for intact and cross-functional teams.
Core Topic Coverage: Deliver critical training for new and experienced people leaders, covering difficult conversations, performance/talent management, advanced competencies, and feedback loops.
Dynamic Facilitation: Seamlessly pivot delivery methods in real time based on learner engagement, balancing instructional content with interactive, multi-modal techniques (digital spaces, hybrid, and in-person).
Continuous Improvement: Proactively collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to identify emerging learning needs and skill gaps, using data and classroom insights to recommend programmatic updates.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
4+ years of professional facilitation experience
2+ years of experience leading teams (with 2 or more direct reports)
Ability and willingness to travel domestically approximately 30% of the time
Must be permanently located in or willing to commute to Richmond or McLean, VA
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in the Learning & Development field
2+ years of experience specifically in leadership development or executive coaching
Professional certification in psychometric or team assessments (e.g., CliftonStrengths, MBTI, SDI/Core Strengths, DiSC)
