Description
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints
- Develop and execute structured CI roadmaps to optimize processes, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional projects to eliminate waste and improve performance
- Leverage data analytics to prioritize high-impact improvement opportunities and track KPIs
- Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement sustainable improvements
- Build and deliver CI training programs to foster a culture of operational excellence across sites

Profile
A successful Senior Lean Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma and/or TOC certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead Kaizen events and deliver measurable results
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence without authority
- Experience driving cultural change and using data to support decision-making
