Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Leadership and Org Development Coordinator supports the Leadership & Organizational Development (L&OD) team with a strong focus on reporting, data management, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for building and maintaining reports, managing requests, and supporting budgeting, contracts, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tracking for L&OD programs
  • Manage incoming requests related to reporting, content, and metrics
  • Perform data analysis and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs
  • Support administrative functions including budget tracking, contract coordination, and invoice processing
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve reporting or contract-related issues
  • Identify process improvements and assist with data cleanup and system optimization
  • Create presentations and translate data into actionable insights

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related)
    • 3+ years of reporting/analytics experience
    • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools preferred
    • Experience working with large datasets and managing multiple priorities
