As we expand further into the enterprise market, we’re scaling our platform to meet the needs of the world’s largest and fastest-growing consumer brands by building for performance, security, extensibility, and trust without sacrificing the usability and speed that make Klaviyo special.

About the Role

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive our Enterprise product strategy and lead the evolution of our platform for the world’s most sophisticated, data-driven brands. This role sits at the center of one of Klaviyo’s most important growth opportunities: becoming the trusted B2C CRM for Enterprise customers.

You will own multiple product areas critical to our Enterprise initiatives—including unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding our ecosystem integrations—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market and Partner teams. This is a highly visible role that balances long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery, ensuring we meet enterprise customer expectations without compromising scalability or reliability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
  • Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
  • Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions.
  • B2C CRM for Enterprise: Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels, enable real-time personalization, and support global data governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences.
  • Lead roadmap reviews, facilitate strategic tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for enterprise commitments from RFP support and security reviews through onboarding and long-term success.
  • Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management with significant exposure to Enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI-driven systems.
  • Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000), not just SMB or self-serve products.
  • Strong intuition for what drives enterprise purchasing decisions: trust, compliance, scalability, configurability, integrations, and roadmap credibility.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals.
  • Comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards with engineering teams.
  • Experience working on products with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority.
  • Track record of translating enterprise customer needs into clear product requirements, thoughtful tradeoffs, and scalable platform solutions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared priorities.
  • You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
