Santa Clara, California, United States Software and ServicesThe Device Services (DS) Infrastructure team is seeking a senior operations engineer who thrives in complex operational environments and can drive strategic change across our lab ecosystem. We manage a fleet of thousands of Apple devices used in a centralized, automated test system which is a critical tool used by engineers developing for iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS. This role acts as a force multiplier, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve how devices are managed, tracked, tested, and scaled across multiple lab sites. You will bridge the gap between lab operations, automation systems, and software services teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and reliability.DescriptionWe are looking for an operational problem-solver and strategic leader who understands both the technical and human sides of running high-volume test labs. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
