Senior Knowledge Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Knowledge Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .ResponsibilitiesLeads the implementation of the Knowledge Management strategy and coordinates the maintenance of information repositories across multi-functional departments.Validate the integrity of shared data and authorize KM process updates to maintain organizational alignment.Monitor KM performance metrics and lead internal teams in achieving complex information-sharing goals.Will execute strategic KM oversight for logistics and sustainment operations across the Indo-Pacific theater.Validate the accuracy of theater-specific data repositories and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-level reporting standards.Coordinate with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve information bottlenecks before they impact regional mission readiness.Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in Business, Management, Information Science, or a related field.10+ years of position relevant experience.Experience in formal KM oversight and acting as a functional lead for information sharing.Preferred QualificationsCKM or PMP certification.Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or other enterprise collaboration tools in a DoD environment.Knowledge of USSOCOM operational data standards.Clearance RequirementMust hold an active Secret clearance.Physical RequirementsThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
