Senior JDE Business Systems Analyst

Location: On-site – Bolingbrook, IL or Brampton, ON

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior JDE Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing to lead enterprise ERP initiatives that improve production efficiency and business performance.

This is a senior-level role where you will partner with business and operations leaders to design, implement, and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions. You will play a key role in aligning manufacturing processes with technology, driving scalable solutions, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong JD Edwards Manufacturing expertise with ERP implementation experience, project leadership, and business process improvement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Define project scope, develop project plans, and lead end-to-end ERP implementation initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional business, IT, and operations teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Manage third-party vendors and system integration activities.
  • Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance strategies.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application and business process issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and support training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize change requests within ServiceNow based on business priorities.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to manufacturing and ERP capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with a strong focus on Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementation and integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workflows, and business processes.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and system optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop business cases and estimate project effort and solution scope.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow, including change and incident management.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrations.
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing strategies.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior analysts or leading project teams.
