Job Role: - Senior OSS/BSS Data Architect

Location: - Philadelphia, PA - Onsite

Type of Hire - Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• At least 10+ years of experience in IT covering at least three of the following areas: architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, application support.
• 1+ year building data processing and ETL solutions, Tableau/Power BI for visualization along with ML experience preferred
• 4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with a good blend of functional and technical skills in enterprise BSS systems and Solutions architecture.
• 4+ years of experience architecting and designing large scale Enterprise solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or integrating complex systems and platforms including COTS, SaaS and 3rd party solutions using industry standard frameworks and technologies
• 2+ years of experience in an Architecture group working on a broad spectrum of end-to-end strategic solutions and roadmaps
• Hands on system development and integration design experience/background (Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE, API Gateway, MySQL, Distributed systems architecture).
• Experience and knowledge of BSS, OSS, IT, and industry standards in one or more of standards such as TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE is highly desired.
• Strong Communication & interpersonal skills: Communicates effectively at both the leadership and developer levels and needs to have strong communication and Leadership skills with the proven ability to lead large matrix managed technical teams that may include multiple vendors
• Experience in AI technologies including LLMs, co-pilot is preferred

Skills:

• Develop the platform solution vision and documents the platform architecture that encompass capability to systems mapping, integration strategy, and technology that defines the overall solution approach and design by collaborating with business owners, SMEs and IT Delivery teams
• Ability to analyze data across various systems to connect the dots, advanced SQL and programming (such as Python), and have deep knowledge of data management technologies, including cloud platforms.
• Actively involved in analyzing and extracting data insights, ensure data quality and governance, and effectively visualize and communicate findings.
• Ability to use emerging trends like AI integration and big data tools for data analytics.
• Actively involves in all phases of the project lifecycle from intake to implementation to make sure the solution is complete and consistent with the architecture blueprint and eliminate need for possible re-work.
