Role Summary:
Leads technical operations and enhancements for distributed Java-based claims applications (e.g., portals, API layers, claims intake engines).
Key Responsibilities:
" Architect and implement backend solutions using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot for distributed claims platforms.
" Lead triage and resolution for critical application outages, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
" Design and maintain APIs facilitating communication between modern web applications and legacy claims systems.
" Mentor Java developers and enforce best practices in secure coding and microservices architecture.
" *Required Skills:**
" 5-9 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
" Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
