Kforces client a growing well-established organization in the Phoenix area is seeking a Senior IT Financial Systems Analyst with strong Oracle Financials experience. This search is being conducted in direct partnership with the hiring manager. This position is hybrid remote 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and maintain enterprise financial systems with a strong focus on Oracle. The team is currently executing a high-impact Order to Cash (OTC) initiative and requires additional expertise to support project demands and ongoing operations. This role will play a key part in system configuration, financial data integrity, and the alignment of business processes across Finance and IT.
Responsibilities
• Support and maintain enterprise systems responsible for financial data • Serve as a core contributor to the Order to Cash OTC project • Configure, support, and optimize Oracle Financials • Partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders on daily operations and system enhancements • Troubleshoot system issues, support implementations, and ensure accuracy, stability, and data integrity • Collaborate within a small, high-impact team environment currently consisting of two team members
