What Youll Do

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals.

Act as a technical escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint issues.

Manage workstation imaging, configuration, and lifecycle management.

Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Group Policy.

Maintain and monitor server backups and disaster recovery systems.

Support and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.

Provide technical training and guidance to employees.

Mentor junior IT technicians and promote best practices.

Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support business technology needs.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a highly skilled IT support professional with a strong background in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Strong expertise supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus
