IT Services - IT Project Manager: III - (Senior)

Location: Bothell, Washington (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract



Role Overview

We are seeking a senior IT Project Manager to manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation. This role is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The position focuses on IT projects and initiatives, requiring day-to-day direction of project resources and effective change management. ESRI, GIS and utilities experience highly preferred.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and drive project milestones.
  • Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
  • Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
  • Meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.



Required Qualifications

Technical Skills: Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word and ESRI.


Professional Skills: The role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Utilities experience
  • GIS understanding
  • ESRI experience
