Description:
Oversee and drive the execution of healthcare technology initiatives.
Lead coordination of IT projects aligning with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and timely project delivery.
Act as the central communication point among stakeholders and teams.
Facilitate collaboration and resolve issues to maintain project trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate healthcare IT projects from initiation to implementation.
Serve as the primary liaison among clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security standards.
Facilitate project meetings and presentations to engage stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in healthcare IT project coordination or management, with 2 years in a lead role.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
