We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the IT function of a dynamic manufacturing facility. This leadership position is integral to maintaining a secure, scalable, and robust IT infrastructure. You will manage a dedicated technical team and collaborate closely with diverse departments such as operations, engineering, and quality, as well as corporate IT and external partners.

Responsibilities include guiding the management of technology assets, ensuring IT systems are aligned with corporate standards, and managing both IT projects and daily processes to maintain production efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, from network management to endpoint devices, and ensure uninterrupted IT service delivery. The role also involves managing cybersecurity measures, coordinating ERP systems, and engaging with local vendors for optimal service provision.

Developing the IT team by encouraging skill enhancement and promoting a service-oriented culture is key. Previous experience in managing IT operations within industrial or manufacturing settings will be advantageous. A proven track record in project management, technical team leadership, and vendor coordination will contribute to success in this role.
