Job Summary
We are seeking a
Senior IT Application Analyst with strong expertise in
ServiceNow, specifically focused on the
Timekeeping module, reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow capabilities to support business operations and leadership reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure the ServiceNow Timekeeping module to address current team gaps
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
- Create SLA reporting and capacity management dashboards by rolling up data effectively
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization within the ServiceNow platform
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Proven expertise in Timekeeping module implementation and configuration
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and metrics within ServiceNow
- Ability to build SLA reports and capacity management insights
- ServiceNow Citizen Developer or Architect Certification required
- Excellent communication skills (English – Speak, Read, Write)
