We are seeking a Senior IT Application Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow, specifically focused on the Timekeeping module, reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow capabilities to support business operations and leadership reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the ServiceNow Timekeeping module to address current team gaps
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
• Create SLA reporting and capacity management dashboards by rolling up data effectively
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization within the ServiceNow platform

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Proven expertise in Timekeeping module implementation and configuration
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and metrics within ServiceNow
• Ability to build SLA reports and capacity management insights
• ServiceNow Citizen Developer or Architect Certification required
• Excellent communication skills (English – Speak, Read, Write)
