Job Description
  • Delivers technical support to field employees for point-of-sale systems, pharmacy systems, and inventory management systems.
  • Performs maintenance tasks such as software updates, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements.
  • Integrates new technology equipment into stores, including setting up new POS terminals and ensuring connectivity.
  • Conducts troubleshooting for technical issues, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
  • Maintains accurate records of service calls, equipment installations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborates with help desk personnel, network engineers, and software developers.
  • Provides exceptional customer service while installing and solving retail equipment failures.

Critical Information
  • 40 hours per week with typical hours from M-F, 8AM-5PM.
  • This position requires driving to different stores; $0.725 per approved mile driven will be reimbursed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
  • Worker must be able to lift 75lbs and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education/Licenses Needed
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) preferred.
