Job Description

We are seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in iOS frameworks, Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C and a proven ability to design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that meet user needs and performance specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and prototype front-end applications for iOS.
• Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
• Develop screens and components by integrating back-end APIs.
• Collaborate with the design team to define and refine app features.
• Participate in design reviews with middleware teams and coordinate with business on functionality.
• Ensure application quality and performance to specifications.
• Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks.
• Fix application bugs prior to final release.
• Maintain core code and support automation of the application.
• Design and implement application updates and App Store releases.
• Build and maintain next-generation iOS mobile applications for the latest Apple devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Objective-C.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket for version control.
• Proficiency with biometrics, push notifications, and camera APIs.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX developer for iOS mobile applications.
• Proven experience as an app developer with published applications.
• Must have hands-on experience with Copilot.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with continuous integration and unit testing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Role Logistics

• On resume, include current location, relocation plan, availability or start date, and cooling-off status if applicable.
• Approved location: Charlotte, NC. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
• Start month: ASAP. Maximum 3 submissions per vendor.
• Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video required. Glider ID verification.
