As a Senior Interior Designer, you will:
Provide project ownership for large complex or multiple interior design projects ensuring successful outcomes aligned with the firms mission and goals. Serve as a client-facing leader building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout all phases of project delivery. Lead and mentor multiple staff members and project teams across local and regional offices. Oversee BIMRevit design development and the production and coordination of construction documents including consultant coordination. Manage client goals budgets and schedules while ensuring quality accuracy and adherence to firm standards. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of applicable building codes, agency, and jurisdictional requirements. Lead and support the construction administration process bringing experience and added value to both clients and project teams. Oversee furniture selection and specifications ensuring compliance with client standards and code requirements while mentoring others. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Participate in marketing efforts, proposal development, and business development through established relationships and professional reputation. Identify and address risks related to scope, budget, schedule, and construction costs protecting the firms interests. Support staffing processes and participate in market and studio leadership meetings.
