Your Impact
As a Senior Interior Designer in Ft. Worth, you will play a key role in shaping both project success and studio expansion by:
- Leading and growing an interiors practice aligned with architectural teams
- Driving business development and building strong client relationships in Ft. Worth
- Overseeing full FF&E packages including budgeting, specifications, and vendor coordination
- Leading design from concept through construction documentation and administration
- Creating compelling design presentations using 3D modeling and visualization tools
- Mentoring and developing junior designers to build a strong, collaborative team
- Managing multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Interior Designer across commercial, institutional, or hospitality projects
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex interior design projects
- Strong network and business development experience within the A/E/C industry, particularly in Ft. Worth
- Expertise in FF&E design, documentation, and specification
- Proficiency in Revit (required), plus Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
- Deep knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and high-end materials
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
- Licensed Interior Designer or Registered Architect (preferred)
- LEED accreditation is a plus
