What You'll Do


As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities and becoming a trusted insurance resource within the community.



Responsibilities


* Build and maintain referral partnerships with local businesses, real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and community organizations.

* Generate new business through networking, relationship-building, and community involvement.

* Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.

* Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.

* Cross-sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive protection.

* Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Educate customers on insurance products, discounts, and coverage options.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through policy issuance.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications


* Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

* Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.

* Proven success generating new business and building client relationships.

* Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
