We are seeking a Senior Insurance Sales Representative with demonstrated experience who wants to build long-term residual income rather than chase short-term commissions. This role offers structured coaching, defined production expectations, and the opportunity to inherit and grow an existing Property & Casualty book of business valued at approximately $350,000-$400,000.
