Position Overview
The Senior Insurance Sales Executive will assume a growth-focused role within the organization, with responsibility for driving revenue, managing sales initiatives, and supporting both existing and new business development efforts.
This is a home office-based position that requires travel to meet with clients, attend conventions, and participate in industry seminars.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate sales initiatives across business and distribution teams
- Execute vertical market strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Drive new business development in targeted markets
- Collaborate with internal sales staff and marketing teams
- Support and expand existing programs and initiatives
- Attend client meetings, industry conventions, and seminars
Qualifications
- Proven track record in commercial insurance sales to small and mid-sized businesses
- Minimum 5 years of experience
working for a medium-sized insurance agency
- Licensed Insurance Agent
- Strong product knowledge of:
- Professional Liability
- General Liability
- Business Owner's Policy (BOP)
- Familiarity with:
- EPLI
- Cyber Liability
- Directors & Officers (D&O)
- Fiduciary Liability
- Experience working with agents, MGAs, and carriers/underwriting teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Google Business Suite and CRM familiarity

Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
- Additional Bonus Structure
