Senior Insurance Defense Attorney

a Mid-Atlantic regional law firm of over 100 attorneys, headquartered in Philadelphia, which is engaged in defense civil litigation and trial practice is seeking an Attorney for a New Jersey attorney with experience defending slip and fall/premises liability and insurance defense litigation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 8 to 10 years of experience defending slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense cases.

Must be barred in New Jersey.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
8-10 years of experience in slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense litigation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
