Our client, a well‑established law firm with offices across the Mid‑Atlantic, is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney (7+ years) to join their Litigation Defense and Business Law practice. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced attorney who can independently manage a caseload while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has a solid background in insurance defense litigation, strong case‑handling skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a supportive team environment. Location

• Philadelphia, PA
• Sewell, NJ (Optional)
• Hybrid/Remote flexibility available based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
• Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client‑management skills.
