New LAN/MDF design-build-go-liveJob Duties:Manage project efforts for DC (new) design/build/migrate LAN/MDF design build projects portfolioCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityAct as a change agent to improve overall processes and programsProvide guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirementsSupport the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processesEnsure resource availability and allocationMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
