MANTECH seeks a motivated career and customer-oriented Senior Information Assurance Specialist to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This position is onsite.
As a core member, you will assist in the research & design engineering integration testing training logistics laboratory research field engineering and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies mission assurance and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighters effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Identifies security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications, and new technology initiatives.
- Develops tests and operates firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems, and software deployment tools.
- Tests and debugs programs and scripts and prepares instruction for use during network exploitation activities.
- Applies knowledge of current IA policy, tactics, techniques, policy, and doctrine and relationship to IA reporting requirements and structure.
- Assists in the planning and implementation of requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience or
- Associates Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelors degree.
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Holds one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree and/or Ph.D.
Clearance Requirements
- Must have a current and active TSSCI Clearance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work in high noise areas.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs and type on a computer keyboard.
