A day in the life
Picture this: you start your shift in Newington, NH, coffee in hand, as the person everyone calls when the production line needs a sharp mind and steady hands. You report to the Maintenance Area Manager and operate 100% onsite, providing advanced diagnostics, precision repairs, and smart upgrades that keep complex equipment running flawlessly.
We are NOT looking for an automotive, fabrication or welding background for this opportunity.
What you’ll tackle
- Lead the installation and build-out of maintenance functions for new or reconfigured electrical and mechanical equipment—setting standards as you go.
- Partner with production teams to advise on process changes or coordinate equipment modifications that elevate performance and throughput.
- Own preventive maintenance (PM)—including deep troubleshooting that stops issues before they start.
- Repair electrical and mechanical systems across the plant and on production machinery.
- Perform PM and repairs on pneumatic controls serving building systems and production assets.
- Handle PM and minor repairs on plant machinery and equipment, including hydraulic systems on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment end to end.
- Install and debug complex CNC control systems using advanced techniques and both internal and external diagnostic equipment and software.
- Requisition parts and materials to keep critical spares ready and downtime low.
- Work confidently from electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, ladder diagrams, and diagnostic software.
- Use the L2L maintenance program on a company-provided laptop/phone to log work, track PMs, and manage priorities.
- Take on general duties as assigned by management to support team success.

Onsite at our Newington, NH facility, reporting to the Maintenance Area Manager.
What you bring
- HS diploma or GED.
- Familiarity reading blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC logic.
- Basic familiarity with CNC programming languages.
