Responsibilities

  • Project leadership: Lead projects or processes of diverse scope independently with limited supervision.

  • Team coaching: Mentor and review work of lower‑level professionals.

  • Continuous improvement: Support automation and efficiency initiatives.

  • Facility utilization: Establish methods for maximum use of production facilities and personnel.

  • Cost and control studies: Conduct cost, inventory, production control, and human factors studies to develop facility modifications and operating method revisions.

  • Facility planning: Assist plant/facilities engineers with planning and design.

  • Stakeholder communication: Build strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; OR

  • 3 years with a Master’s degree; OR

  • PhD without prior experience; OR

  • Equivalent work experience.
