A Day in the Field

It’s 7:00 a.m. in Dallas. You’re reviewing an operations trend on a 900-ton centrifugal chiller at a hospital while coordinating a planned teardown on a water-cooled unit across town. By mid-morning, you’ve isolated a VFD fault, updated stakeholders in the app, and ordered parts with a PO you issued on the spot. The afternoon brings a cooling tower performance check, a quick coaching moment with a junior tech, and a satisfied customer who understands exactly what you did—and why it matters in their critical environment.
