Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney – EpicLocation: Madison, WI (on‑site; relocation assistance provided).ResponsibilitiesManage complex litigation across a broad range of legal areas, including regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other potential risk areas.Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk and support the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.Draft and file motions, briefs, and other pleadings; conduct depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.Represent Epic in multi‑million dollar disputes, achieving favorable outcomes for the organization.Forge and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.QualificationsJ.D. with experience in risk mitigation, litigation drafting, oral arguments, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial work.Strong academic record and professional credentials.Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, writing, and detail‑oriented skills.Creative thinking and a strategic mindset.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary with performance‑based bonuses and annual raises.
