Senior In-House Litigation Attorney | EpicJoin Epic's legal team as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney. This position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area, which we fully reimburse. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.OverviewYou'll support Epic's ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law, among others. You will help handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
