Location: Richland, WA Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level electrical technical oversight and governance for enterprise risk and capital/outage projects Validate project execution readiness to ensure safe, high-quality, schedule-driven delivery Identify and mitigate execution, schedule, and outage critical path risks Support outage planning and execution with focus on reducing critical path duration and cost exposure Develop and evaluate business cases including financial modeling, ROI, cost-benefit, and risk analysis Conduct operational and process analysis to identify performance and efficiency improvements Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication to drive alignment and approvals Oversee implementation of approved initiatives and track delivery against scope, cost, and schedule Develop and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics for leadership decision-making Support continuous improvement of execution strategies, tools, and governance practices Required Skills Expert knowledge of electrical systems in complex industrial or utility environments Strong outage management, critical path scheduling, and project execution experience Advanced project/program management in high-reliability or regulated environments Strong financial analysis and business case development skills Experience with human performance improvement and error reduction methodologies Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication abilities Strong risk identification, mitigation, and operational analysis capabilities Education & Experience 20+ years experience with Bachelor's degree, OR 22+ years with Associate degree, OR 24+ years with High School Diploma/GED Extensive experience in complex capital projects, outages, or industrial operations PMP certification required RO/SRO License or CGS Management Certification required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $112.00 to $117.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
