Job title: Senior HxGN EAM Implementation & Support Lead

Location: 2 Broadway, NY 10004 - Onsite

Rate: $70/hour on W2

Our Government client located in New York, NY is seeking a Senior HxGN EAM Implementation & Support Lead to support a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation for one of the nation's largest public transportation organizations.

This role will serve as a key functional and project lead supporting the rollout of HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) across the Department of Subways. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to gather requirements, document business processes, coordinate implementation activities, manage project deliverables, and help ensure a successful deployment of the HxGN EAM platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong HxGN EAM implementation experience with project coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within transportation, rail, or transit environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise-wide HxGN EAM implementation initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and gather functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and business process review sessions.
  • Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and business units.
  • Produce project documentation including:
  • Functional requirements
  • Project scope
  • Status reports
  • Executive summaries
  • Technical documentation
  • Process flows

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience extending HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework.
  • 3-5+ years of HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) implementation experience.
  • Experience leading or supporting large Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise asset management processes and best practices.
  • Experience facilitating business requirements gathering sessions.
  • Strong project planning and project documentation skills.
  • Experience creating:

  • Process flows
  • Project schedules
  • Status reports
  • Technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
