We're seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Installation Crew Leader to oversee installations, guide team members, and help drive continued success in our growing company.

Compensation & Benefits

• $33.00 - $39.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
• Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
• Ensure all projects meet or exceed company quality and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service on every job site
• Train, mentor, and supervise installation team members for efficient, high-quality results
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabrication
• Take full ownership of assigned jobs while collaborating effectively with the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in HVAC installations
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years)
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
• Universal EPA Certification
• Strong customer service mindset and proven leadership ability
• Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC technical school certificate or formal training
• Personal set of professional tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Reliable attendance and positive team-oriented attitude
